From here we see PP3 to be conservative. Usually price will reach PP3 before reaching PP 2 & 1.

Simple summary
PP1 uses the lowest wick
PP2 uses the lowest wick of the lowest close.
PP3 uses the lowest close of the lowest wick.

Note :
- The term lowest low can be replaced by lowest wick for easy understanding
- Please correct any mistakes as I'm in early stage of experiment.
